Which plans include Notes?
Notes is available on Premium and Enterprise, not Starter or Pro. Admins can disable the module for individual users. AI features use the account's AI allowance.
Does accepting a suggestion create a project task?
Accepting a Todo suggestion creates a personal dashboard to-do. Suggestions do not create work automatically; you choose what to accept.
What access does sharing grant?
Sharing a note or notebook grants edit access. Read-only sharing and public notes are not available.
How much history is kept?
Notes retains the last 10 versions for title and text changes. You can preview and restore a retained version. Permanent deletion cannot be recovered.
Can AI chat use my note attachments?
Attachments can have text extracted from PDF, DOCX, text, Markdown, CSV, log and HTML files. AI chat does not yet use personal attachment knowledge. In AI Studio, Include Notes uses the notes you select.
Does Notes record meetings or work on mobile?
Work is not the meeting recorder. Each person connects their own Fireflies account in Administration to bring transcripts into Notes; a Fireflies subscription is not included. Mobile Notes and dictation are not available.
