Make the next
problem less new.
Your team has solved things before. Bring relevant knowledge from indexed work into the next investigation, so useful context does not depend on finding the person who remembers it.

Find the experience
behind the answer.
Past work can offer a starting point. What was reported? What resolved it? What changed? Use the relevant indexed material to investigate, then check whether it applies now.
Has something similar happened before?
Bring a prior problem and its recorded resolution into view. A similar case can guide the investigation without proving that the same fix applies.
What has the team already written down?
Use available indexed procedures and notes as working context. Check their age and relevance; inclusion in the index does not mean a person approved every item.
What product history could matter?
Relevant product knowledge and indexed commits can add context. The available index is not a complete or live view of every repository.

Useful context.
Visible limits.
Freshness and budget visibility help you understand the state of the knowledge you are working with. The value is in relevant available material, not a claim that everything has been captured.
What is indexed?
Available sources set the starting point.
How current is it?
Use freshness information to judge the context.
What is the budget?
Keep account usage and limits in view.
The next investigation
can start further along.
A recorded resolution or useful procedure gives future work a better starting point. During a ticket investigation, the explicit Keep action lets staff retain curated facts. Other indexed material still needs its own review.

From the first question

Bring the customer issue into view, investigate with context, review a solution and leave a useful record for the next person.

A connected working approach, not an automatic sequence. Product access and configured context determine what is available.

Which plan includes Second Brain?
Second Brain is an Enterprise capability. Available knowledge depends on indexed sources and account configuration. AI use is subject to the account budget and allowance.
Does it know everything in the account?
No. Second Brain uses available indexed knowledge, including tickets, resolutions, SOPs, notes, products and commits. Content that is not indexed or available to the configured workflow is not automatically included.
Has every item been approved by a person?
No. Indexed material is not all human-approved. The explicit Keep action can retain curated facts from a ticket investigation, but that does not make every source a reviewed or approved fact.
What do source titles and relevance indicators tell me?
They help identify related source material for review. They are not verified citations for every generated claim; inspect the underlying material before relying on an answer.
What should we understand about access?
Account scope and configured sources shape the knowledge available. Do not assume every source has comprehensive per-document permission enforcement. Review source inclusion and sensitive content before sharing results.
