Fireflies transcripts become notes with a Fireflies badge, keeping the meeting context available in Work.
Searchable meeting knowledge
Find notes with keyword search. In AI Studio, Include Notes uses the notes you select. AI chat does not yet use personal attachment knowledge.
Action items you can act on
Suggested actions appear under the lightbulb. Explicitly accepting a Todo creates a personal dashboard to-do, not an assigned project task. Suggestions do not create work automatically.

A meeting links to a customer only when an attendee email matches exactly one customer contact.
Your own Fireflies account
Work is not the meeting recorder. Each person connects their own Fireflies account; a Fireflies subscription is not included.

Connect your own Fireflies account in Administration. Notes is included on Pro and higher; this integration requires Premium or Enterprise. Admins can disable module access for individual users.

Grab your personal API key from your Fireflies.ai account settings.
Paste it into ViviScape Work
In ViviScape Work, open Administration → Integrations and paste the key into the Fireflies card.
