Use /work …, @ViviScape Work in a channel, or a DM. Ask for overdue work, today's queue, or "the Acme portal task" — the assistant chains the steps until the request is actually finished.
Timers and time from chat
Start, stop, and check the live work timer without leaving the conversation. Log time after the fact with a note, a date, and a billable flag — so nothing gets reconstructed on Friday.
Create and move work
New tasks and to-dos with project, customer, assignee, and due date. Complete them, reassign them, change status, or drop a comment on a task — all from the thread where it came up.
App Home, built for the day
The Home tab shows your live timer and open queue, each row with a Start-timer button. Every assistant reply carries Start timer, Log time, Complete, and Open in Work actions — with a modal for time entry.
Links that explain themselves
Paste a ViviScape Work task link into a channel and it unfurls into title, status, customer, project, and logged time — so the thread has the context without anyone opening a tab.
Notifications where you'll see them
New tickets and tasks post to the channel you choose, and assignments DM the assignee directly. The queue comes to the team instead of waiting to be checked.

Each Slack member maps to a real ViviScape Work user, and every action runs with exactly that user's authority. Admins and managers see across the account; members stay inside their own queue.
A chat bot that's accountable.
Most chat integrations post messages. This one writes to the system of record — and it does it as a named person. Slack identities are mapped onto real ViviScape Work users, so a timer started in a DM, a comment added from a thread, or an hour logged in a channel is attributable, billable, and auditable.
That's the difference between a notification feed and an actual way to work: the conversation and the record stop drifting apart.

1 — You ask
A slash command, a mention, or a DM. No syntax to memorise — "what's overdue for Acme?" is a valid request.
2 — You're identified
Your Slack account maps to your ViviScape Work user, so the request runs with your permissions and your name on it.
3 — The record updates
The reply comes back with action buttons, and the change is already on the task, the customer, and the timesheet.
Install once, per workspace
An admin authorizes it, members link themselves, and the assistant is live.
Add it to your workspace
In ViviScape Work, open Administration → Integrations and install the Slack app. One Slack authorization connects your whole workspace.
Members link automatically
On first contact, a Slack member is matched to their ViviScape Work user by email. Anyone who doesn't match is mapped by an admin under Integrations → Slack → Members.
Pick your channel and go
Choose where new tickets and tasks post, then type /work help in Slack. Disconnecting later revokes the workspace and every member link with it.
